I had the pleasure of overseeing William Eriksson during his summer internship at Northwestern Mutual, where he quickly stood out as a hardworking and adaptable individual. Although William joined the program later than our cohort of summer interns, he didn't miss a beat. He adapted swiftly, learning how to jump in and hit the ground running. William demonstrated a remarkable ability to learn on the fly, adjusting his marketing strategies and fine-tuning his communication with clients and potential clients to successfully set meetings and build relationships. His strong work ethic and dedication were evident as he balanced the complex demands of financial planning and client onboarding, all while continuing his commitments as a collegiate swimmer.

I am excited to see what the future holds for William. He will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to any team he joins.

About Me

I grew up in Naples, Florida and spent 16 years as a competitive swimmer, including four years on the Florida Southern Mocs. Swimming was a huge part of my life and honestly shaped how I approach everything: showing up, putting in the work, and staying focused even when things get tough.

Outside of work I love to travel and try new things, new places, new food, new experiences. Staying curious outside the office makes you better at your job too. At work, I enjoy digging into data, figuring out what it actually means, and presenting it in a way that makes sense to everyone in the room.

My background is in finance and analytics, with real experience in the entertainment world, but I'm the kind of person who adapts quickly and genuinely enjoys learning how a new industry works.
