Finance and Business Analytics graduate who turns data into clear, useful insights. I like solving problems, working across teams, and making sure the numbers actually mean something to the people reading them.
Projects That Prove the Point
A mix of projects I've worked on through internships and on my own. Click any one to see what I built and why.
Built a Power BI dashboard that pulled together property, ownership, and housing data across Florida counties. The goal was to make a large, messy dataset actually usable, so leadership could look at it and make real investment decisions. The final dashboard tracked over 1 million residential units and $519B in total property value.
Created a scoring system to help decide which revenue opportunities were worth pursuing. Instead of just looking at raw numbers, I built a model that weighed financial return alongside guest experience impact, so you could actually compare very different ideas on the same scale and pick the best ones.
Built SWOT analyses across the Palace Entertainment property portfolio, covering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for each park. Kennywood is one example of the work. The goal was to give leadership a clear picture of every property so they could make better decisions about where to focus and invest.

Beyond the Resume
I grew up in Naples, Florida and spent 16 years as a competitive swimmer, including four years on the Florida Southern Mocs. Swimming was a huge part of my life and honestly shaped how I approach everything: showing up, putting in the work, and staying focused even when things get tough.
Outside of work I love to travel and try new things, new places, new food, new experiences. Staying curious outside the office makes you better at your job too. At work, I enjoy digging into data, figuring out what it actually means, and presenting it in a way that makes sense to everyone in the room.
My background is in finance and analytics, with real experience in the entertainment world, but I'm the kind of person who adapts quickly and genuinely enjoys learning how a new industry works.
